These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Catalyst Apex LLC website at catalystapex.tech ("Site") and your engagement of services from Catalyst Apex LLC ("Catalyst Apex," "we," "us"). By accessing this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Catalyst Apex LLC provides educational and advisory services to families and corporate principals in connection with the intergenerational planning and transfer of non-traditional, digitally-held asset holdings. Our core service offering, the Inheritance Protocol, is described on this Site and in detail in our engagement letters.
All services are delivered under the terms of a signed engagement letter. No service relationship is established by use of this website, submission of a contact form, or payment of any amount, until a formal engagement letter has been signed by both parties.
Catalyst Apex does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Our services are educational and advisory in nature. Clients are encouraged to retain qualified legal, tax, and fiduciary professionals to review and act on Catalyst Apex engagement deliverables.
Each client engagement is governed by a separate, signed engagement letter that specifies:
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter controls with respect to the specific engagement.
Engagements require full payment at commencement, after the engagement letter is signed by both parties. Engagement values range from $2,696 to $4,246 depending on tier, as specified in the applicable engagement letter.
Invoices are due within five (5) business days of issuance. Catalyst Apex accepts payment by credit card and bank transfer. Banking is through Old Glory Bank.
Refund and dispute terms are governed by the Dispute and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into every engagement letter.
Information shared by clients in the course of an engagement is held in confidence by Catalyst Apex and is not disclosed to third parties except as authorized by the client or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is collected and handled.
Catalyst Apex maintains confidentiality of all client engagement files, including the contents of asset inventories, transfer structure memos, and beneficiary orientation materials, except as required to deliver the engagement or respond to a legal obligation.
The content on this Site — including text, design, structure, and methodology descriptions — is the property of Catalyst Apex LLC and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content without written permission.
Engagement deliverables produced for a client are the property of the client upon completion and full payment of the engagement. Catalyst Apex retains the right to maintain a copy of all deliverables in the engagement file for recordkeeping purposes.
Catalyst Apex LLC is an advisory and educational services firm. We are not a registered investment advisor, licensed attorney, certified financial planner, or licensed fiduciary. Nothing on this Site or in any engagement deliverable constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Clients should consult qualified licensed professionals before making any financial, legal, or estate planning decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Catalyst Apex LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services or this Site is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the engagement giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Catalyst Apex be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a Catalyst Apex engagement that is not resolved through the process described in the Dispute and Refund Policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, administered in Wyoming.
You may use this Site for lawful purposes related to learning about Catalyst Apex and its services. You may not use this Site to harvest data, submit spam or fraudulent inquiries, or engage in any activity that would interfere with the Site's operation. We reserve the right to block access to the Site at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of this Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The terms governing a specific client engagement are those in effect at the time the engagement letter is signed.
