About Catalyst Apex
Wyoming LLC. Founded April 2025. Serving families and corporate principals across the United States.
The Company
Catalyst Apex LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company providing educational and advisory services to families and business principals who require structured guidance on the planning and transfer of non-traditional, digitally-held asset holdings across generations.
We operate as a professional services firm. Every client relationship is governed by a formal engagement letter. We do not manage assets, hold client funds, or transact on behalf of clients. Our role is advisory, educational, and documentary — producing a transferable deliverable file that estate attorneys, trustees, and fiduciaries can act on directly.
The firm was founded on the premise that traditional estate planning practitioners — however skilled within their disciplines — were not designed to address the growing class of non-traditional, digitally-held holdings now present in a meaningful portion of household and business balance sheets. That gap requires a different kind of practitioner.
Principal
Founder, Catalyst Apex LLC
Daniel Renaud is the founder of Catalyst Apex LLC. He came to the Inheritance Protocol as a client. The program solved a problem he had been trying to address for his own holdings — and solved it completely.
He was so convinced of the value that he partnered with the program's creator to expand it. Catalyst Apex is that expansion — bringing a proven advisory program to a broader client base under a formal business structure.
The program has a two-year delivery history and no refund requests to date. Catalyst Apex LLC was incorporated in April 2025 to formalize and expand it. Daniel leads client relationships, business development, and operations.
Daniel is a Vermont resident and the sole owner of Catalyst Apex LLC.
How We Operate
Every client relationship begins with a signed engagement letter defining scope, billing terms, deliverables, and the dispute-resolution process. No work begins without it.
Full payment is due at engagement commencement, after the engagement letter is signed. No work begins before payment is received.
Every module produces a documented deliverable. The engagement closes with a complete, organized file — prepared for direct handoff to estate counsel, a trustee, or a fiduciary administrator.
Since beginning operations, Catalyst Apex has maintained a zero-chargeback record. The structured billing model and formal engagement process are designed to ensure disputes are resolved directly, before they reach a card processor.
Our refund and dispute-resolution policy is published on this site and referenced in every engagement letter. Clients know exactly what the process is before they sign. See the Dispute Policy for details.
The Inheritance Protocol has been delivered to clients for more than two years. Every engagement closes with a complete, documented file. No refund requests to date.
