Core Service Offering
A structured advisory and educational program for families and principals who need a documented, transferable plan for non-traditional asset holdings — delivered with the rigor of a professional engagement.
Also known as the 21 Sats Inheritance Protocol.
Program Overview
The Inheritance Protocol is a professional engagement, not a course or a consultation. Every client receives a formal engagement letter, a defined scope of work, and a complete documentation package at close.
The finished file is designed to be handed directly to an estate attorney, a trustee, or a fiduciary administrator. It documents what exists, how it is held, how it transfers, and what the beneficiaries need to know — in plain language that does not require specialized knowledge to act on.
The Inheritance Protocol has a two-year delivery history. Catalyst Apex LLC was incorporated in April 2025 to formalize and expand the program. Every engagement has closed with a complete deliverable on file. No refund requests to date.
Program Curriculum
Each module builds on the last. The work is sequential and documented. Nothing moves to the next phase until the prior deliverable is reviewed and approved by the client.
A structured audit of all holdings across account types, legal entities, and custody structures. The objective is a complete inventory — organized, labeled, and formatted for inclusion in a formal estate plan. This module identifies gaps in existing documentation and flags any holdings that require additional legal or fiduciary coordination before a transfer structure can be designed.
Deliverable: Formatted asset inventory document, prepared for estate planning use.
Based on the completed inventory, this module designs the operational framework for transferring each holding to named beneficiaries. This includes analysis of applicable transfer mechanisms, legal entity considerations, and step-by-step handoff protocols written in language that does not require technical expertise to follow. Where legal instruments are required, we document the requirements and coordinate with client counsel.
Deliverable: Written transfer structure memo, formatted for review by estate counsel and fiduciary advisors.
A structured educational curriculum delivered directly to designated beneficiaries. Content covers access procedures, security obligations, operational responsibilities, and the steps required to act on the transfer structure in the event of the principal's incapacity or death. Sessions are documented. Attendance is recorded.
Deliverable: Beneficiary orientation guide and documented session record, suitable for inclusion in the engagement file.
A final review of all deliverables with the principal and, where applicable, their legal team. We confirm that transfer structures are in place, that beneficiaries have been prepared, and that the complete engagement file is organized and accessible. Upon client sign-off, the engagement closes and final payment is invoiced.
Deliverable: Complete engagement file and engagement closure confirmation, co-signed by the principal.
Deliverables
Every Catalyst Apex engagement closes with a complete, organized file. Not a set of recommendations or a report — a working document package your estate attorney, trustee, or fiduciary can act on the day it is handed to them.
A complete, categorized record of all holdings in scope — organized by account type, custody structure, and legal entity. Formatted for estate planning use.
A written analysis of applicable transfer mechanisms for each holding, with step-by-step handoff protocols written for a non-technical reader. Reviewed by client counsel before closing.
A structured guide for designated beneficiaries covering access procedures, security obligations, and the steps required to act on the transfer plan. Session attendance documented and on file.
A co-signed closure document confirming that all modules have been completed, all deliverables reviewed, and all transfer structures verified as in place at the time of closing.
A copy of the signed engagement letter defining scope, terms, billing structure, and dispute-resolution process — filed with the complete engagement record.
Where legal or fiduciary advisors were consulted during the engagement, a record of coordination points and any outstanding action items is included in the final file.
